Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing The Neuron Store! Every product here is crafted with thought and care—and we hope it brings a little extra joy to your day.
That said, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process:




SHIPPING FEE & TIME

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of ₹699 or more. Your cart total must be ₹699 or above after any discounts are applied.
For orders below ₹699, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged at checkout.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.

In case of any expected delays in dispatching your order, we’ll reach out to you via email or phone. Please note that delivery may be slightly delayed during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Airway Bill number (AWB) and the name of the courier partner.

To track your shipment, visit the courier’s website and enter the AWB number to see the live status and estimated delivery date.

DELIVERY

We deliver across India through reliable courier partners.
Our delivery partner will make three attempts to deliver the package before it’s returned to us.

Please provide a reachable mobile number and a complete shipping address, including your pin code, to avoid delays and ensure smooth delivery.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer an exchange if your order meets the following criteria:

  • You received the wrong product (not matching your order confirmation)

  • The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect

If your order qualifies, please email us at contact@theneuronstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Delivery address

  • The reason for exchange

  • A clear photo of the product (in case of defect or incorrect item)

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with the original invoice.

Once we receive the item at our warehouse and complete a quality check, we’ll process your exchange within 7 working days.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the courier charges when sending the product back to us

  • We will cover the shipping charges when sending the exchanged item to you

We will not be able to accept exchange requests after 48 hours of delivery.
