TNS is a design-first, story-rich brand creating handmade journals, sketchbooks, accessories, art, and more — all crafted with curiosity, calm, and creativity at the core.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Most items — like pouches, earrings, and art — are designed and made in-house. Our journals and sketchbooks are crafted by trusted local bookbinders we work closely with.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t accept returns, but exchanges are possible within 3 days if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right. Just message us and we’ll help sort it out.
How long does shipping take?
We usually dispatch within 3–5 working days. After that, delivery can take 3–7 days depending on your location in India.
Can I request a custom product?
Sometimes! We occasionally take up custom artwork or decor orders. Drop us a message and let’s see if our timelines align.
